Power Nerfs:
↠ No longer has his innate dragon magic resistance; can still see clearly in the dark up to 60 feet.
↠ Tapping into his power is more exhausting than using powers that are more similar to "native" powers and will drain him very quickly, making his ability to animate them or otherwise use his powers much more difficult.
↠ He will not be able to stabilize the mortally wounded or bring the dead back to life. Some minor healing is fine, though.
↠ He can create or control no more than five undead creatures at a time, and his control over them will last 20 minutes at most.
↠ His ability to shapechange will be limited to four forms, and once chosen his list is permanent (i.e., he can't unlearn one form to create a slot for a new one). The forms must be creatures that exist either in his native world or in Thedas. You're welcome to leave slots un-decided for now and choose during RP, just please let us know what forms he'll come in with.
↠ His necrosis/septic disease ability will be less damaging that he's used to and unlikely to cause death by itself, unless the target is already weakened or ill.
↠ His invisibility will last for a maximum of five minutes, and then he will fade back into visibility over the next five minutes.
↠ Similarly, his ability to charm people will be somewhat less reliable than he's used to, with its duration and effectiveness varying depending on the gullibility of the target, and occasionally backfiring without warning. It will make people friendly toward him and inclined to believe and help him, but can't make them do anything that fundamentally conflicts with their principles, and the bigger an ask it is, the shorter the spell will last overall. Its maximum duration will be thirty minutes, and then it will fade out and bring the target back to their normal opinion (plus, one imagines, some increased negativity if they realize what's happened). Please make sure to get permission before using this on any PCs.
